Loan Transfer Statement. Upon SLC Receivables’s request, SLC shall deliver to SLC Receivables one (1) or more Loan Transfer Statements (Department of Education Form OE 1074 or its equivalent) provided by SLC Receivables, executed by SLC and dated the date of the related ▇▇▇▇ of Sale.
