Loan Schedule and Custodial Certification. The Custodian shall have delivered to the Department an updated Loan Schedule and Custodial Certification reflecting each of the Eligible Loans proposed to become subject to Participation Interests and all other Eligible Loans then subject to Participation Interests hereunder, which shall replace the previous Loan Schedule and Custodial Certification.
