Loan Parties Consolidated Assets. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, permit the Borrower and the Guarantors collectively at any time to own less than 85% of the consolidated total assets of the Borrower determined as of the date of the last financial statements delivered pursuant to Section 6.01, including, without limitation, as the result of any Disposition or Investment.
