Common use of Loan Increase Clause in Contracts

Loan Increase. (a) Pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Loan Agreement, the Lender and the Closing Date Borrowers agree to the Eighth Mortgage Loan Increase corresponding to the 2021-2C Component, the 2021-3C Component and the 2021-3R Component.

Loan Increase. (a) Pursuant to Section 3.2 of the Loan Agreement, the Lender and the Closing Date Borrowers agree to the Eighth Second Mortgage Loan Increase corresponding to the 20212016-2C Component, the 2021-3C Component and the 2021-3R 1C Component.
