Receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed counterparts of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, each properly executed by a Responsible Officer of the signing Loan Party and, in the case of this Agreement, by each Lender, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders.

Loan Documents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent Lender of executed counterparts of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, each properly executed by a Responsible Officer of the signing Loan Party and, in the case of this Agreementas applicable, by each the Lender.

Loan Documents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed counterparts of this Agreement Agreement, a Note in favor of each Lender that has requested a Note, and the other Loan DocumentsTable of Contents Administrative Agent Fee Letter, each properly executed by a Responsible Officer of the signing Loan Party Borrower and, in the case of this Agreement, by each Lender.

Loan Documents. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of executed counterparts of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, each properly executed by a Responsible Officer of the signing Loan Party and, in the case of this Agreement, by and each Lender.
