Loan Document Pursuant to Loan Agreement. This Amendment is a Loan Document executed pursuant to the Loan Agreement and shall be construed, administered and applied in accordance with all of the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement. To the extent that any of the terms and conditions in any of the Loan Documents shall contradict or be in conflict with any of the terms or conditions of the Loan Agreement, after giving effect to this Amendment, such terms and conditions are hereby deemed modified or amended accordingly to reflect the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
