Common use of Loan Document Pursuant to Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Loan Document Pursuant to Existing Credit Agreement. This Amendment is a Loan Document executed pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated therein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with all of the terms and provisions of the Existing Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, including Article IX thereof.

Any breach of any representation or warranty or covenant or agreement contained in this Amendment shall be deemed to be an Event of Default for all purposes of the Existing Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Loan Document Pursuant to Existing Credit Agreement. This Amendment is a Loan Document executed pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated therein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with all of the terms and provisions of the Existing Credit Agreement (and, following the Seventh Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, including Article IX thereof). This Amendment No. 1 is a Loan Document executed pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated therein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with all of the terms and provisions of the Existing Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, including Article IX X thereof.

Loan Document Pursuant to Existing Credit Agreement. This Amendment No. 2 is a Loan Document executed pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated therein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with all of the terms and provisions of the Existing Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, including Article IX X thereof.

Loan Document Pursuant to Existing Credit Agreement. This Amendment Agreement is a Loan Document executed pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated therein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with all of the terms and provisions of the Existing Credit Agreement and, after the Second Amendment Effective Date, the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, including Article IX thereof.
