Loan Document Definitions. This Amendment is a Loan Document executed pursuant to the Credit Agreement and (unless otherwise expressly indicated herein) is to be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof. Capitalized terms used herein without separate definitions have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Original Credit Agreement (if such a definition exists therein) or in the other Loan Documents. The rules of construction and the number and gender provisions under Article 9 of the Original Credit Agreement are also applicable herein.
