Common use of Loan Classes Clause in Contracts

Loan Classes. The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. For purposes of this Agreement, Loans may be classified and referred to by Type (e.g., a “Eurocurrency Loan” or “Eurocurrency Revolving Loan”). Advances also may be classified and referred to by Type (e.g., a “Eurocurrency Advance” or a “Eurocurrency Revolving Advance”).
