Common use of Loan Accounts of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Loan Accounts of Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent shall maintain accounts in which it shall record (i) the amount of each applicable Loan and Borrowing made hereunder, the Type thereof, the currency in which such Loan is denominated, the Interest Period and applicable interest rate and, in the case of a Swing Loan, the Swing Loan Maturity Date applicable thereto, (ii) the amount and other details with respect to each Letter of Credit issued hereunder, (iii) the amount of any principal due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender hereunder, (iv) the amount of any sum received by the Administrative Agent hereunder for the account of the Lenders and each Lender’s share thereof, and (v) the other details relating to the Loans, Letters of Credit and other Obligations.
