Loading Requirements. Solid waste must not be above the top or sides of the container or overweight due to inappropriate material.

Adequate loading areas shall be provided so that all vehicles loading, maneuvering, or unloading are completely off the public ways and so that all vehicles need not back onto any public way. Shipper shall be governed by Carrier’s instructions regarding the height of load, the tonnage of the Cargo, the Shipper shall be subject to any demurrage charges that may accrue due to the detention of any barge occasioned by non-compliance with Carrier’s loading requirements specified herein, Shipper shall load a barge in a safe and workmanlike manner.
Loading Requirements. FSS buildings are intended for manufacturing, storage, showroom, department store, market, laundry, dry cleaning, retail, and warehouse and wholesale store subject to conditional use permit approval, or other use involving the receipt or distribution of vehicles, material or merchandise, will have adequate space for standing, loading and unloading services in order to avoid undue interference with the vehicular movement through the site. Each building shall have at least one loading space, which shall be a minimum of 10-feet by 25-feet, with 14-foot height clearance. The space shall be so situated that no part of a truck or van using the loading space will prevent the flow of traffic.
Loading Requirements. Off-street vehicular loading shall be required in accordance with the standards set forth in Article 4, Table 5 of the Miami Design District Retail Street SAP. Service and loading vehicles servicing properties located within the Miami Design District Retail Street SAP area may gain access to such off-street loading area in order to service the property by utilizing no more than three (3) on- street maneuvers.
