Loading Operation. SRP shall provide a dedicated operator(s) to load Ash for delivery to the Ash Disposal Area as necessary to comply with a load out schedule provided by ISG, and approved by SRP, 24 hours in advance. If, at any time, SRP determines that ISG's system of operations for the loading, transportation, or disposal of Ash or Other Byproducts creates a threat to the generation of electricity at NGS, SRP may require ISG to operate on a 24 hours per day basis until SRP determines that the threat is eliminated.
