Loading and Unloading Areas. Lessee agrees that loading and unloading areas shall be designed with adequate maneuvering space to permit pickups and deliveries. The space for maneuvering of vehicles shall avoid interference with other traffic flow. Suitable screening shall be provided so these operations are not readily visible from ground-level public thoroughfares. Loading and receiving areas shall not be located on that side of the building which also contains its main entrance.
