Load Restoration Clause Samples
The Load Restoration clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for restoring electrical load after an outage or interruption. Typically, it specifies the sequence in which power will be restored, the parties involved in the restoration process, and any prioritization of critical facilities or customers. This clause ensures a clear and coordinated approach to resuming normal operations, minimizing downtime, and addressing the needs of essential services during power recovery.
