Common use of Load Bearing Capacity Clause in Contracts

Load Bearing Capacity. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises which exceeds the load per square foot which such floor was designed to carry and which is allowed by law. Landlord reserves the right to prescribe in a reasonable manner the weight and position of all safes and heavy installations which Tenant wishes to place in the Premises so as to properly distribute the weight thereof. Any cost of structural analysis shall be borne by Tenant.
