LNG. Gas in a liquid state at or below its point of boiling and at or near atmospheric pressure; LNG Tanker(s): an ocean-going vessel suitable for transporting LNG which complies with the requirements of this Agreement and which Buyer uses or causes to be used, or intends to use or to be used, in connection with this Agreement;
