Common use of LLMCF CONTRIBUTION Clause in Contracts

LLMCF CONTRIBUTION. Each Employer shall contribute ten cents ($.10) per hour worked under applicable agreements up to a maximum of 150,000 hours per year, effective June 5, 2006. Payment shall be forwarded monthly, in a form and manner prescribed by the Trustees, no later than fifteen (15) calendar days following the last day of the month in which the labor was performed. The Washington, D.C. Chapter, NECA, or its designee, shall be the collection agent for this Fund.
