LLC Purpose Sample Clauses

LLC Purpose. The purpose of the LLC shall be (i) to conduct, engage in or accomplish any lawful business, activity or purpose permitted under the Act; (ii) to acquire, own, hold, maintain, improve, use, sell, lease, exchange or otherwise deal in or dispose of real and personal property, or any interest therein; and (iii) to have an exercise all powers necessary, customary, convenient or incident to the foregoing.
