Common use of LLC Name Clause in Contracts

LLC Name. The name of the limited liability company formed hereby shall be “National Manufacturing Mexico A LLC” and all business of the LLC shall be conducted in such name or such other name as the Member shall determine. The LLC shall hold all of its property in the name of the LLC and not in the name of the Member.
