Live. Out Allowance When employees are required to stay out of town, the Employer shall provide adequate sleeping accommodations. Where possible there will be two (2) persons per average size room. The Employer will pay each employee a meal allowance of $35/day. Travel time will be paid one way from Chatham (Employer’s Shop) to the out-of-town location.

For clarification, if an employee chooses alternate accommodations to that which is arranged by the Employer, the cost for such alternate accommodations shall be borne by the employee.
