Common use of Litigation Costs Clause in Contracts

Litigation Costs. If any legal action, arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties therein shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.

Litigation Costs. If any legal action, action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreementthereof, the successful or prevailing party or parties therein shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.

Litigation Costs. If any legal actionpermitted litigation or claim in arbitration is instituted by any party to this Agreement against the other party, arbitration or other proceeding is brought for including without limitation, regarding the enforcement construction of this Agreementany term, any dispute, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with to recover any of the provisions damages resulting from a breach of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties therein in any such action shall be entitled to recover from the losing party its reasonable attorneys' fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitledassociated with such action.
