Litigation Class. “Litigation Class” is defined in the WHEREAS clauses of this Agreement.
Litigation Class. “Litigation Class” means the class of Missouri borrowers defined by the Court in the Litigation in the Order Certifying Plaintiffs’ Class, entered January 2, 2003.
Litigation Class. “Litigation Class” shall mean the litigation class, certified by the Circuit Court of Clay County Missouri on January 2, 2003, comprised of those persons who obtained a Missouri second mortgage loan from PCC on or after June 27, 1994 and who paid or financed the payment of certain fees at or before the closing.
