Common use of Listing Claims Clause in Contracts

Listing Claims. Subject to Publisher's indemnification obligations as set forth in Section 5.4(a), Claims regarding the Spinco Subscriber List Information in Publisher's Directory Products shall be referred to Spinco. Spinco shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly investigate, defend against, and resolve the same.
