List Used. There shall be one (1) master list for each company that will be kept and used and the list shall clearly indicate employees on recall status. Each party will notify the other party of changes to this list at least once a month, or sooner if needed. The Union must have the Employer’s approval before the Union can add employees to the master list. Wages for all temporary employees shall be the minimum wage rate for Downtown/ Century City.
