List of Substances and Processes. The District, in compliance with the State of California General Safety Orders, shall maintain Material Safety Data Sheets on special hazardous substances and processes. Upon request of the Union, the District shall supply the Union with a list of all chemicals, etc. for which it has such data sheets. In addition, upon request, the District shall also provide the Union with specific Material Safety Data Sheets.
