List of Source Code. A list of Source Code currently on deposit with Escrow Agent will be attached as Attachment 1 to this Escrow Agreement upon deposit of the Source Code. This list will be supplemented and updated by Company and Company shall provide E&S and Escrow Agent with copies of new lists with each future deposit of Source Code. For each deposit, Escrow Agent will issue receipts to Company and E&S.
