A list of all defects or malfunctions affecting any part of the Hotels and of which STH or any STH Subsidiary has knowledge with respect to foundations, walls, roofs, heating, electrical, plumbing or air conditioning equipment or systems, and drainage or sewage equipment or systems other than such defects or malfunctions that, individually or in the aggregate, will not result in an STH Material Adverse Effect.
