Liquidity Reserve Fund and Liquidity Reserve Ledger. 4.1 On the date on which YBS ceases to be assigned a long-term unsecured, unguaranteed and unsubordinated debt obligation rating by Moody's of at least Baa2 or a long-term issuer default rating by Fitch of at least BBB or a short-term issuer default rating by Fitch of at least F2, the Cash Manager on behalf of the Issuer will establish the Liquidity Reserve Fund.
