Common use of Liquidity Facility; Amount Clause in Contracts

Liquidity Facility; Amount. Subject to the terms hereof, the Lenders severally, on a pro rata basis in accordance with Section 2.2, but subject to Section 4.2, shall purchase Notes of the Trust denominated and payable to bearer in Canadian Dollars or in United States Dollars, as the case may be, in such denominations as the Liquidity Agent shall accept from time to time (such denominations being in minimum amounts of Cdn. $50,000 and integral multiples of Cdn. $1,000 in the case of Prime Notes, in minimum amounts of Cdn. $5,000,000 and integral multiples of Cdn. $100,000 in the case of BA Notes, and in such minimum amounts and integral multiples as the Trust and the Liquidity Agent on behalf of the Lenders shall hereafter agree from time to time in writing in the case of U.S. $ Notes, which agreement shall constitute a part of this agreement).
