Liquidia Respiratory Option. (a) During the Term, Liquidia has the right to develop the Liquidia Respiratory Product, and GSK shall have the right, but not the obligation, to contribute to the development of the Liquidia Respiratory Product as may be agreed by the Parties. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to portions of this agreement as indicated by β[***]β and such confidential portions have been deleted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
