Common use of Liquidations or Dissolutions Clause in Contracts

Liquidations or Dissolutions. Approval by the shareholders of the Company of a complete liquidation or dissolution of the Company, except pursuant to a Business Combination that complies with all of the provisions of clauses (a), (b) and (c) of subparagraph 3.2. For purposes of this paragraph 3, the following definitions will apply:
