Common use of Liquidation for Reconstruction or Amalgamation Clause in Contracts

Liquidation for Reconstruction or Amalgamation. The Executive will have no claim against the Company if the Employment is terminated by reason of the liquidation of the Company for the purposes of amalgamation or reconstruction provided that the Executive is offered employment with the amalgamated or reconstructed entity on terms and conditions which in aggregate are not substantially less favourable than the terms of this Agreement.
