Liquidating Trustees. The Liquidating Trustees comprising the Liquidating Trust Board are set forth on the signature page to this Liquidating Trust Agreement, and by execution hereof, each Liquidating Trustee accepts his or her trusteeship of the Liquidat ing Trust, on the terms set forth herein.
Liquidating Trustees. For the purposes of winding up the affairs of the Liquidating Trust at the conclusion of its term, the Trusteeeach Liquidating Trustees shall continue to act as Liquidating Trustee until its duties under this Agreement have been fully discharged or its role as a Liquidating Trustee is otherwise terminated under this Agreement and the Plan. Upon a motion by thea Liquidating Trustee, the Bankruptcy Court may enter an order relieving thesuch Liquidating Trustee, its agents, and employees of any further duties, discharging thesuch Liquidating Trustee and releasing its bond, if any.
