Because Snappet may have no control over such third parties and/or materials, Client acknowledges and agrees that Snappet is not responsible for the availability of such third-party materials and shall in no way be liable or responsible for any third-party materials on or available from such third-party materials used by Client or Client’s Licensed Users.
