Linking Mechanism Clause Samples
A Linking Mechanism clause establishes how different documents, agreements, or provisions are connected and made operative together. In practice, this clause may specify that certain schedules, appendices, or referenced agreements are incorporated by reference and form part of the main contract, ensuring that all related documents are legally binding as a unified whole. Its core function is to ensure clarity and enforceability by explicitly tying together all relevant contractual materials, thereby preventing disputes over whether external documents are part of the agreement.
