LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at ▇-▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Marg, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai – 400083, Maharashtra, India (hereinafter referred to as the “Registrar” or “Registrar to the Offer”), which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns, of the THIRD PART; The parties mentioned in Appendix A shall be collectively referred to as the “Selling Shareholders” and individually as “Selling Shareholder”. The Company, the Selling Shareholders and the Registrar are hereinafter individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
