In this Agreement: a. Ambit and Axis are collectively referred to as the “Book Running Lead Managers” or “BRLMs” and individually as a “BRLM” or “Book Running Lead Manager”; b. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ are collectively referred to as the “Promoter Selling Shareholders” or individually as a “Promoter Selling Shareholder”; c. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ is referred to as the “PG Selling Shareholder”; d. The Investor Selling Shareholder and the P&PG Selling Shareholders are collectively referred to as the “Selling Shareholders”; f. ICICI Bank Limited is referred to as the “Escrow Collection Bank”, “Refund Bank” and/or “Sponsor Bank 1” and HDFC Bank Limited is referred to as the “Public Offer Account Bank” and “Sponsor Bank 2”, and are collectively as the “Sponsor Banks” and/or “Bankers to the Offer”; g. Ambit (i) Kotak, Axis, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Axis JPM are collectively referred to as the “BRLMs” / “Book Running Lead Managers” or “BRLMs” and individually as a “BRLM” or / “Book Running Lead Manager”; b. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇(ii) Promoter Selling Shareholder 1, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Promoter Selling Shareholder 2, Promoter Selling Shareholder 3 and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Promoter Selling Shareholder 4 are collectively referred to as the “Promoter Selling Shareholders” or ”; (iii) Promoter Selling Shareholder 1, Promoter Selling Shareholder 2, Promoter Selling Shareholder 3 and Promoter Selling Shareholder 4, Promoter Group Selling Shareholders, Investor Selling Shareholder, Individual Selling Shareholder and Other Selling Shareholders are individually referred to as a “Promoter Selling Shareholder”; c. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ is referred to , and collectively as the “PG Selling Shareholder”; d. Ambit Capital (iv) KSL is referred to as the “Syndicate Member”; h. ICICI and HDFC are collectively referred to as the “Bankers to the Offer”; i. (v) The BRLMs and the Syndicate Member are collectively referred to as the “Syndicate” or “Members of the Syndicate” and individually as a “Member of the Syndicate”; (vi) HDFC Bank Limited is referred to as the “Escrow Collection Bank”, “Refund Bank” and/or “Sponsor Bank 1”; (vii) Axis Bank Limited is referred to as the “Public Offer Account Bank” and/or “Sponsor Bank 2”; (viii) The Sponsor Bank 1 and Sponsor Bank 2 are collectively referred to as the “Sponsor Banks” and individually, as a “Sponsor Bank”; (ix) The Escrow Collection Bank, Refund Bank, Public Offer Account Bank and the Sponsor Banks are collectively referred to as the “Bankers to the Offer” and individually, as a “Banker to the Offer”; and j.
