Linens Clause Samples

Linens. Table linens are inspected prior to pick up and upon return. Return all linens dry and free of waste. DO NOT ROLL UP OR PLACE WET LINENS IN ANY BAG – mildew will result. If there is obvious damage such as mildew, excessive stains, ▇▇▇▇▇, wax or tears, Lessee will be charged the cost of the linen and keep same as though it were a sale.

Linens. All units are supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows. These items are not changed during your stay. You can exchange dirty linen for a $75.00 charge. The initial supply of bath soap, toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags are not replenished.

Linens. A basic supply of bath towels and linens based on the number of expected Guests is provided in the Rental Home. Bath towels and linens are not changed during the Reservation Period. If you require clean towels and linens, please feel free to use the laundry facilities in the Rental Home.
