Common use of Line Splitting Clause in Contracts

Line Splitting. 9.21.4.1.1 As a part of the pre-order process, CLEC/DLEC may access Loop characteristic information through the Loop Qualification and Raw Loop Data Tools described in the Support Functions Section. The Customer of record will determine, in its sole discretion and at its risk, whether to add data services to any specific Loop.
