Line Service Sample Clauses
The Line Service clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the provision of ground support services for aircraft, such as fueling, towing, parking, and cleaning, at an airport or aviation facility. Typically, this clause outlines which party is responsible for performing these services, the standards to be met, and any associated fees or scheduling requirements. By clearly delineating these obligations, the clause ensures that both parties understand their roles in maintaining aircraft readiness and safety, thereby minimizing disputes and operational delays.
