Line 301 Tap Sample Clauses
The 'Line 301 Tap' clause establishes the right or procedure for connecting to a specific water or utility line, identified as Line 301. In practice, this clause typically outlines the conditions under which a party may tap into the line, such as obtaining necessary approvals, adhering to technical specifications, and possibly paying associated fees. Its core function is to ensure that connections to the utility line are managed in an orderly and authorized manner, preventing unauthorized use and maintaining the integrity of the infrastructure.
Line 301 Tap. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Solar Collector Substation will interconnect to Line 301 between structures 273 and 274 via a radial tap. Assuming the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Solar Collector Substation is located approximately 320 feet east of Line 310 and will be oriented perpendicular to the transmission lines, the radial tap will require installation of:
(1) steel 3-pole dead-end tapping structure on caisson foundation;
(1) steel pole dead-end structure on caisson foundation;
(2) steel pole switch structures with vertical switches; • floating dead-end assemblies to connect the new switches; • approximately 1000 circuit feet of 795kcmil 36/1 COOT ACSR; and • approximately 330 circuit feet of 3/8” extra high strength (“EHS”) steel shield wire.
