Limits On Options. No Key Service Provider shall receive Options during any Fiscal Year covering in excess of 1,500,000 Shares, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 10. The aggregate maximum number of Shares that may be issued in connection with ISOs shall be 10,000,000 Shares, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 10.
