Limits On Options. Each LIBOR Rate Loan shall be in a minimum amount of $5,000,000 (and in multiples of $1,000,000). No more than four (4) different Eurodollar Rates may be outstanding under the Notes at any given time, and all further Advances shall be deemed made as a Base Rate Loan.
