Limits on Note Guarantees. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Article X, the aggregate amount of the Obligations guaranteed under this Indenture by any Guarantor shall be reduced to the extent necessary to prevent the Note Guarantee of such Guarantor from violating or becoming voidable under any law relating to fraudulent conveyance or fraudulent transfer or similar laws affecting the rights of creditors.
