Limits for Damages. 16.4.1 The Damages as detailed out in SCHEDULE 3(Functional Guarantees and Damages) which are payable/ paid by the Operator pursuant to this Article 16 will be capped at Rs. 90,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety Lakh).
