Limited Use Software Sample Clauses
The Limited Use Software clause restricts how licensed software can be used by the licensee, typically confining its application to specific purposes, users, or environments. LICENSEE MAY HAVE OTHER STATUTORY RIGHTS. HOWEVER, TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DURATION OF STATUTORILY REQUIRED WARRANTIES, IF ANY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD.
