Purchaser acknowledges that, while the Common Stock is publicly traded on the OTCQB, there is limited trading volume with respect to the Common Stock and, as such, it may be difficult for Purchaser to sell or dispose of the Underlying Shares if and when Purchaser converts its Note or exercises its Warrants. Purchaser hereby represents that it is able to bear the risk of illiquidity and the risk of a complete loss of this investment.
