Limited Grant Back to Ambrx. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, BMS hereby grants back to Ambrx a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license under the Ambrx Technology licensed pursuant to Section 7.1 solely to conduct the Research Program or activities under any Production Strain Work Plan, and not for any other purpose.
