Limited Exception for Attorneys. Insofar as the restrictions set forth in this Section 9 prohibit the solicitation, inducement or attempt to hire a licensed attorney who is employed at Avaya, they shall not apply if the Participant is a licensed attorney and the restrictions contained herein are illegal, unethical or unenforceable under the laws, rules and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the Participant is licensed as an attorney.
