Limited Enforceability. In the event that Employee elects to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 8.4, or the Company terminates the employment of Employee hereunder other than pursuant to any of the provisions of this Agreement, Employee shall be released as of the Termination Date from any and all further restrictions pursuant to Section 2 and Section 11.
